- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet and cook 1 pound of shrimp until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in 8 ounces of lump crab meat and 1 cup of frozen mixed vegetables, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
- Sprinkle 1/4 cup of flour and mix, then add 2 cups of seafood stock and 1 cup of heavy cream, simmering until thickened.
- Season with 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, 1 teaspoon of dried thyme, salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour the seafood filling into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Combine 1 package of biscuit mix with 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese and 2/3 cup of milk to form dough.
- Spoon the biscuit dough over the filling, leaving some filling visible.
