  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup heavy cream or milk for a lighter touch
  • 4 ounces cream cheese or ricotta
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese or provolone
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese or Pecorino Romano
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Step-by-Step Instructions for Cajun Beef Spaghetti
  1. Boil a large pot of salted water, add spaghetti, and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. Melt butter in a skillet. Toss beef with Cajun seasoning and sear in the skillet for 4-5 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add garlic. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in cream, add cream cheese, mozzarella, and Parmesan. Stir until melted and smooth, 3-5 minutes.
  5. Add the seared beef and spaghetti to the sauce, tossing gently for 2-3 minutes to coat.
  6. Remove from heat and garnish with parsley. Serve hot.
