Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded or diced cooked chicken with 1/4 cup of buffalo wing sauce, stir until coated. Mix in ranch dressing and a tablespoon of remaining buffalo wing sauce if desired.
  3. Dust your countertop with flour and roll out the pizza dough into a rectangular shape, about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Spread the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the rolled-out dough, sprinkle with shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
  5. Carefully roll the dough into a log shape, pinching the ends to seal in the filling.
  6. Place the roll seam-side down on a greased baking sheet and bake for about 30 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
