- Begin by rinsing a generous handful of fresh strawberries under cool running water for about 30 seconds. Pat them dry, remove the green tops, and slice into quarters.
- Gently rinse a cup of fresh blueberries in a colander and allow them to drain before adding into the bowl with strawberries.
- Wash a Pink Lady apple, core it, then slice into thin wedges using a star-shaped cookie cutter. Add to the bowl with the other fruits.
- Toss all the fruits together gently to combine, ensuring they remain intact.
- In a small bowl, mix together the lime juice and orange juice. If desired, add honey and whisk until combined.
- Drizzle the dressing over the fruit salad and toss gently to coat without smashing the fruits.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer to an airtight container and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
