  • 1 tablespoon Honey Optional, adjust to desired sweetness.

Equipment

  • Mixing Bowl
  • Colander

Method

Preparation Steps
  1. Begin by rinsing a generous handful of fresh strawberries under cool running water for about 30 seconds. Pat them dry, remove the green tops, and slice into quarters.
  2. Gently rinse a cup of fresh blueberries in a colander and allow them to drain before adding into the bowl with strawberries.
  3. Wash a Pink Lady apple, core it, then slice into thin wedges using a star-shaped cookie cutter. Add to the bowl with the other fruits.
  4. Toss all the fruits together gently to combine, ensuring they remain intact.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together the lime juice and orange juice. If desired, add honey and whisk until combined.
  6. Drizzle the dressing over the fruit salad and toss gently to coat without smashing the fruits.
  7. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer to an airtight container and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
