Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. In a medium bowl, combine diced peaches, bourbon, honey, soy sauce, olive oil, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well blended.
  3. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Pour the peach marinade over them, coating each fillet evenly.
  4. Let the salmon marinate for at least 30 minutes to enhance flavor.
  5. Roast the salmon for 15-20 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
