Preparation Steps

  3. Sprinkle blue cheese, Parmesan, walnuts, thyme, salt, and pepper evenly over the pastry.
  4. Roll each pastry tightly from one edge to the other and cut each roll in half lengthwise.
  5. Twist the halves to create a spiral shape and form into coils on parchment paper.
  6. Brush each coil lightly with milk and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let the twirls cool slightly before serving, garnished with fresh thyme if desired.
