Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a metal cup, combine bourbon, soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Whisk until fully blended.
  2. Preheat the Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat (around 400°F). Pat dry the chicken thighs and toss with salt, pepper, and cornstarch.
  3. Drizzle oil onto the griddle, add the chicken thighs in a single layer, and sear undisturbed for 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook for another 3-5 minutes until cooked through.
  4. Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Whisk in cornstarch slurry if made, stirring until the glaze thickens.
  5. Coat the chicken with the glaze for about 30-60 seconds, ensuring each piece is lacquered.
  6. Remove from heat, garnish with green onions and sesame seeds, and serve over rice or in lettuce cups.
