Ingredients
  

For the Salad
  • 1 lb Ground Beef Lean preferred
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder Omit if sensitive
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce Soy sauce as alternative
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 4 cups Iceberg Lettuce Can substitute with romaine or mixed greens
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese Substitutes include mozzarella or dairy-free cheese
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes Can swap with diced cucumbers
  • ½ cup Sliced Pickles Dill pickles are recommended
  • 2 tbsp Toasted Sesame Seeds Optional
For the Dressing
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise Greek yogurt as lighter option
  • 2 tbsp Dill Relish Chopped dill pickles as alternative
  • 1 tbsp Yellow Mustard Dijon mustard can be used
  • 2 tbsp Ketchup Use sugar-free for low carb
  • 1 tbsp White Vinegar Apple cider vinegar can substitute
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika Regular paprika as an alternative
  • to taste Sugar Low-calorie sweeteners are good alternatives

Method
 

Directions
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and season with garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, dill relish, yellow mustard, ketchup, white vinegar, smoked paprika, and sugar. Whisk until smooth and adjust the flavors to your liking.
  3. In a serving bowl, layer chopped iceberg lettuce, shredded cheddar cheese, halved cherry tomatoes, and sliced pickles. Add the cooked ground beef and mix.
  4. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat. Top with toasted sesame seeds before serving.
