  • 1 pound Salmon Fresh, responsibly sourced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil For crisping the salmon
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Sea salt preferred
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper Freshly ground
For the Bang Bang Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise Creamy base for sauce
  • 1/4 cup Sweet Chili Sauce Adjust based on taste
  • 1-2 tablespoons Sriracha For heat
  • 2 tablespoons Honey Sweetener for sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar For tanginess
For the Bowls
  • 2 cups Cooked Rice Base of the bowls
  • 1 cup Shredded Carrots For freshness and crunch
  • 1 cup Cucumber For refreshing crunch
  • 2 tablespoons Green Onions For flavor and color
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro Optional garnish

Method
 

Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or air fryer to 390°F (195°C).
  2. Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces, drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper, and toss to coat.
  3. Cook the salmon in the oven for 12-15 minutes, or air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and rice vinegar for the bang bang sauce.
  5. Assemble bowls with cooked rice, crispy salmon, shredded carrots, cucumber, and green onions.
  6. Drizzle the bang bang sauce over the bowls and serve immediately.
