- Brew chamomile tea by boiling 1 cup of water and steeping 1 bag or 1 teaspoon of dried chamomile flowers for about 5 minutes. Allow it to cool.
- While the tea cools, peel and chop the large ripe banana into smaller pieces.
- In a blender, combine the cooled chamomile tea, chopped banana, honey (or maple syrup), milk, and ice cubes if desired.
- Blend on high for 30-60 seconds until smooth. Adjust with more milk if needed.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass and garnish with dried chamomile leaves or a banana slice.
