- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
- Crush vanilla wafers to create a fine crumb. Combine them with melted butter and press into the bottom of the greased pan. Bake for 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, sugar, and pudding mix. Add eggs, vanilla, and melted butter, stirring gently until just combined.
- Fold in white chocolate chips and reserved crushed wafers.
- Spread blondie batter over baked crust and bake for 15-20 minutes.
