Step-by-Step Instructions for Baked Cream Cheese Spaghetti Casserole
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add the spaghetti and cook until al dente, about 8 to 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and milk. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  3. Fold the cooled spaghetti into the cream cheese mixture. Drizzle in melted butter and mix well. Add any cooked meats or vegetables if desired.
  4. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. Pour spaghetti mixture into the dish and spread. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan.
  5. Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly. Optionally broil for 2-3 minutes for a crispy top.
