  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Freshly minced garlic can also be used
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder Adjust quantity based on preference
  • 2 teaspoons Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt Adjust to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper Optional
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame Seeds Optional topping, can substitute with chia or flaxseeds

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine grated zucchini, almond flour, egg, optional parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, thyme, sea salt, and black pepper. Mix until a sticky dough forms.
  3. Spread the dough on the prepared baking sheet into an even layer about ¼ inch thick and score into squares.
  4. (Optional) Sprinkle sesame seeds over the dough evenly for added crunch.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown, flipping halfway through for extra crispiness.
  6. Allow to cool for a few minutes, then break apart along scored lines and serve.
