Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a 9x5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a stand mixer, combine softened butter with granulated and brown sugar and beat until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, and a pinch of salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture to the wet ingredients, alternating with apple cider, and fold in grated apples.
