Method

Mix the Cocktail
  1. Combine ¾ cup of fresh apple cider, 3 ounces of quality blanco tequila, and 2 tablespoons of apple butter in a cocktail shaker.
  2. If you prefer a sweeter drink, feel free to add 1 tablespoon of agave syrup.
  3. Pour in 1 ounce of Cointreau, then fill the shaker with 1-2 cups of ice.
  4. Secure the lid tightly and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until the outside feels frosted.
Strain and Serve
