Preparation Steps
  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, grated garlic cloves, and lemon juice. Stir until smooth and set aside.
  2. Heat a large skillet, add diced yellow onion, and sauté for 2-3 minutes until soft. Add paprika, garlic powder, and cumin for 2 minutes.
  3. Add ground beef and cook for 10 minutes until browned, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  4. Stir in tomato paste and simmer for 2-3 minutes to meld flavors.
  5. In a small saucepan, melt butter and stir in sweet paprika, then set aside.
  6. In a serving dish, add cooked pasta, layer with garlic yogurt, then spiced beef, and drizzle with paprika butter.
  7. Top with halved cherry tomatoes, crumbled feta, and fresh parsley before serving.
