  • to taste teaspoon Salt Enhances flavor; adjust to taste.
  • to taste teaspoon Pepper Freshly cracked pepper adds a lovely kick; optional.
For Cooking
  • 3 tablespoons Cooking Spray Prevents sticking; use olive or avocado oil spray for best results.
  • 3 tablespoons Water Creates steam for poaching; adjust based on ramekin size.

Equipment

  • Air Fryer
  • Ramekins
  • Silicone Spatula

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by spraying each ramekin with cooking spray to prevent sticking—olive or avocado oil works best. Choose 6oz ramekins for the perfect size.
  2. Pour 3 tablespoons of water into each ramekin. For 4oz ramekins, reduce the water to just 2 tablespoons.
  3. Place the ramekins in the air fryer basket and preheat the air fryer to 400°F (204°C). Let them warm for about 7 minutes.
  4. After the preheating timer goes off, carefully remove the ramekins from the air fryer. Crack one fresh egg into each ramekin, ensuring the yolk remains intact.
  5. Return the ramekins to the air fryer and lower the temperature to 360°F (182°C). Cook the eggs for about 4 to 5 minutes.
  6. Once your timer goes off, carefully remove the ramekins from the air fryer. Use a silicone spatula to gently loosen the edges of the eggs.
