- Start by spraying each ramekin with cooking spray to prevent sticking—olive or avocado oil works best. Choose 6oz ramekins for the perfect size.
- Pour 3 tablespoons of water into each ramekin. For 4oz ramekins, reduce the water to just 2 tablespoons.
- Place the ramekins in the air fryer basket and preheat the air fryer to 400°F (204°C). Let them warm for about 7 minutes.
- After the preheating timer goes off, carefully remove the ramekins from the air fryer. Crack one fresh egg into each ramekin, ensuring the yolk remains intact.
- Return the ramekins to the air fryer and lower the temperature to 360°F (182°C). Cook the eggs for about 4 to 5 minutes.
- Once your timer goes off, carefully remove the ramekins from the air fryer. Use a silicone spatula to gently loosen the edges of the eggs.
