- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine mashed potatoes, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and any desired seasonings. Stir until well blended.
- Scoop out about 1 ounce (30g) of the potato mixture and roll it into a ball.
- Roll each potato ball in breadcrumbs until thoroughly coated.
- Lightly spray each breadcrumb-coated ball with cooking spray.
- Place the potato balls in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry the balls for approximately 10–12 minutes until golden brown.
- Once cooked, remove the potato balls from the air fryer and let them cool slightly.
