Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 290°F (145°C) for about 5 minutes. Grease a ramekin or small baking dish to prevent sticking.
  2. Blend rolled oats, egg, over-ripe banana, almond milk, vanilla extract, baking powder, and ground cinnamon for about 20-30 seconds until smooth.
  3. Stir in your choice of mix-ins like chocolate chips or nut butter until evenly distributed.
  4. Carefully pour the batter into the greased ramekin, filling it about three-quarters full. Optionally, sprinkle additional mix-ins on top.
  5. Place the ramekin in the air fryer basket and air fry at 290°F for 12-15 minutes, checking at the 7-minute mark.
  6. Remove the ramekin and check for doneness; the oats should be firm and golden on top. If needed, return to air fryer for a few more minutes.
  7. Let the baked oats cool for a couple of minutes before serving. Enjoy warm, topped with yogurt or fruit.
